Metal anchors for hollow substrates, used where ordinary self-tapping screws and expansion plugs do not hold, for example on drywall partitions on metal studs.
- Substrates: hollow brick, plasterboard, fibre cement board, wood panels
- Load: light items — lamps, curtain rods, picture frames, coat racks, switches
- Design: flat-head screw and a sleeve with expanding legs; teeth under the head keep the sleeve from turning in the hole
- Material: carbon steel, zinc plated, property class 4.8
- Standard: QB/T 4762-2
Installation: drill a hole matching the sleeve outer diameter, insert the whole anchor and pull the screw with a setting tool — the legs open behind the board and lock the anchor in place.
