Round meat tenderizer hammer made of aluminum alloy, for pounding meat and steaks. The surface is polished with steel balls; minor scratches may be present.
- Small: 4.5 × 19 cm, approx. 98 g
- Medium: 5 × 22.5 cm, approx. 125 g
- Large: 6.5 × 24 cm, approx. 290 g
Weight tolerance about 5 g. Supplied in an unsealed PE bag; zip-bag options are available.
Care: rinse with water before first use to remove metal dust. Do not wash in salt water, water above 60 °C, with detergents or in a dishwasher, as aluminum oxidizes and darkens. Rinse with cold water and wipe dry.
