To Russia: direct from ChinaThe parcel ships from our warehouse in China to your address or a pickup point in 18–25 days. Cost is calculated at checkout by order weight. The parcel is addressed to you as an individual: up to €200 and 31 kg duty-free.

In Kyrgyzstan: CDEKPickup point from 186 ₽ or courier to your door from 205 ₽, 1–2 days in Bishkek, 2–3 days in the regions. 27+ points in Bishkek. Stored at the point for 7 days.

Purchase and inspectionWe buy the item from the seller on 1688 or Taobao, receive it at our warehouse in China, check completeness and packaging and only then ship it. The timing on the product page already includes the leg from China.

How delivery is calculated

For addresses in Russia the order ships directly from China; cost and timing are calculated automatically at the “Delivery” step by order weight. For Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan the order goes via our warehouse in Bishkek and then by CDEK; below is a guide for a parcel up to 1 kg, 30×20×15 cm.

Within Kyrgyzstan the CDEK “Express” tariff applies, to Kazakhstan the “Parcel” tariff (up to 30 kg per shipment). A tracking number for any delivery is emailed and shown in your account. Parcels from China to Russia clear customs as international items for individuals; above €200 or 31 kg the duty is paid by the recipient.

Payment methods

Customers in Russia: Visa, Mastercard and Mir cards, SBP payment. Customers in Kyrgyzstan: international cards, Elcart and e-wallets, transfer in soms. The method is chosen at the “Payment” step of checkout. Delivery is paid together with the order; no cash on delivery.

The invoice is valid for 12 hours. After placing an order you have 12 hours from the confirmation to pay. If payment is not received, the order is cancelled and the item is not reserved with the seller; it will need to be ordered again at the current price.

An order is considered paid once the funds are credited. Bank and payment-service fees are borne by the buyer.
